Refunds & Returns 

You may request a return within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unopened, and undamaged. The item must also be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for items that have been opened, used, or are in a condition other than how they were originally received.

All products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or there is an issue with the product. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start the return process, you can contact us at support@goodcobrands.co; If your return is accepted, we will send you a replacement for your product or provide a refund to your original payment method. The refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of the original request.

We do not provide refunds on shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
