Gin & Grapefruit Juice

Gin and juice are quite the iconic duo. They’re basically the Thelma & Louise of the beverage world, minus that whole cliff part. Although if you think about it, this cocktail does start off light and lead to a surprisingly dramatic finish (spoiler alert). Bright juniper forward gin and plucky citrus botanicals hold hands as they take you to the edge of your palate. Aaaand scene.
