The Baco Noir and L'acadie grapes that were processed for this cocktail were grown at Field House Farms. The Gimlet is a classic, softspoken cocktail that has been dressed up with grape juice from the farm and a uniquely herbal gin. Small amounts of fruit juices have been added to amplify the subtle flavours of the grapes.
